(Only QUALIFIED Healthcare Professionals accepted) Nurse Practitioner Telemedicine - Nurse Practitioner New Haven CT (Remote) 100% Telehealth |$160K to ~$200K | Flexible Schedule | Work from Home Are you a Nurse Practitioner looking for a change from traditional primary care-more focus, less chaos, better compensation, and true flexibility? Join a growing outpatient psychiatric practice where you can treat patients through medication management only, all from the comfort of your home. We are open to FNPs and other APRNs (primary care-credentialed) who want to transition into psychiatry. Prior psych certification is welcome-but not required. You'll be supported every step of the way. This is 100% telehealth position and the provider needs to be licensed in CT. Why This Role Stands Out • 100% remote (telehealth) - no commute, no clinic overhead • Focused care model - no primary care complexity, just psychiatric medication management • Strong earning potential - ~$200K once fully ramped • Supportive environment - collaborating psychiatrist + experienced psych NPs What You'll Do • Log into a secure telehealth platform from home (remotely) • Conduct patient interviews and psychiatric evaluations • Diagnose and manage common outpatient psychiatric conditions (Depression, Anxiety, Insomnia, OCD, ADHD, Grief and adjustment disorders) • Prescribe and monitor psychotropic medications • Maintain clear and compliant documentation Schedule & Flexibility • Ideally 4-5 days|week, ~30-40 hours 8|9 AM - 5|6 PM (flexible) • Option to start part-time (1-2 days|week) and grow into full-time Compensation • $160K with earning potential of ~$200K annually at full volume • Bonus opportunities available after initial ramp-up Benefits & Perks • Total schedule autonomy (set your own vacation time) • Clinical support while transitioning into psychiatry • Lower stress, highly focused care model Who We're Looking For • Licensed APRN (FNP or other primary care) in Connecticut • Interest in transitioning into psychiatric medication management • Comfortable working independently in a telehealth setting If you're ready to step away from the pressures of traditional practice and into a more focused, flexible, and rewarding role-this is your opportunity.
